- All our properties are issued with a gas safety certificate so you don’t have to worry about taking out any safety measures as it has been inspected by the correct authorities. Our properties have also been inspected by a domestic energy assessor to make the house more energy efficient.
- Our procedures are simple and efficient. Occupation can take place within 48 hours if the property you choose is available
If you have found a property! These are the next step to get the keys! :
- Two forms of identification e.g. passport / driving licence
- Utility bill e.g. gas / electricity / Or Bank statement / wage slip /
- Two forms of reference e.g. previous landlord / employer
- Administration fee of a £150.00.
- One month rent in advance
- Second month advance rent.
Minimum tenancy period is 6 months which can be extendable. (Terms and conditions apply)
